The Body Clock
Empowerlife Kinesiology's
Available January 2025
This course explores the foundational concepts that underpin the body’s natural rhythms, or biological cycles. Our natural cycles have a profound impact on health and wellness, and through Energy Kinesiology techniques, we can access the underlying stressors that affect our well-being.
In this course, we will begin to look at the Organs and Glands, as represented by their Meridians. There are reference charts for each Organ/Gland that include time-of-day function, signs of dysfunction, emotions, affirmations, and suggested activities. We will also look at the transition of each Meridian to the Meridian that precedes it and the Meridian that follows it in the order of flow within the body.
