As the founder of Neuroenergetic Kinesiology and the NK Institute, Hugo Tobar has been introducing new kinesiology concepts and techniques to the world since 1998.Hugo founded the Neuroenergetic Kinesiology Institute (NK Institute) in 2008 in Murwillumbah and now separates his time teaching workshops in Australia and overseas.
